Job Retention/Career Development
Career Collaborative sets the gold standard for employment retention services. We build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and mentor them for at least two years after their initial job placement, providing consistent contact, job coaching, and a broad range of supportive services so they can succeed at their jobs. We provide career development services as well so that clients have long term careers not just jobs.
Our alumni programs provide a venue for clients to share their experiences, discuss workplace issues, and learn valuable budgeting and life management skills.
The results are impressive — 66% of the people who accept jobs through our referrals are continuously employed for two years.
